Administrative Assistant for Athletics and Auxiliary Programs
Position Summary: The administrative assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the Athletic Department and Auxiliary Programs Department. The administration assistant performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Essential Functions
Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
Welcome students, coaches and Auxiliary Program staff.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Drafts communication and responds to emails when necessary.
Responds to and resolves administrative, parents, and student inquiries and questions.
Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for teams and coaches and coordinates off campus field trips.
Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, prepares and distributes written summary of meetings.
Maintains, manages, and orders office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Maintain Camp Brain database.
Generates and collect permission forms.
Reserves spaces through Veracross.
Creates and manage maintenance request for events.
Manages permit applications.
Helps maintain afterschool attendance.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Competencies:
Ability to perform essential functions independently with minimal supervision.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and the School community.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education:
Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Experience:
Three to five years’ experience in an administrative role.
